The First Floor: Living Room, Dining Room, Sunporch

The living room features beautiful woodwork and a gorgeous wood burning fireplace with a black marble surround. It also has the original french doors which lead out into the sun porch.

The living room and the dining room have unique crown molding and exquisite matching crystal chandeliers that are original to the home.

The dining room is large in size and has the original wood floors.

It also has french doors that lead out into the sun porch.

The sun porch is bright and spacious! As previously mentioned, it has french doors which lead back into the dining room on the left and living room on the right. It also has the wide crown molding, a ceiling fan and a terracotta tile floor that matches the tile floor on the front porch.

The sun porch is on the south side of the home. It has a nice view of the backyard and it also has a door that leads to the front porch.

  1. Hello there - I just discovered your blog today and I was instantly blown away by this home. It is stunning. Then - when I saw that you are selling it for $245,000 I almost fainted!!! Where I live in Portland, OR, a home like this would be at least $900,000 to $1,000,000 and here, a home for $245,000 would be your basic 2 bedroom, 1 bath starter home. Amazing. I am one again reminded that West Coast home prices are ridiculous.
