Hello there - I just discovered your blog today and I was instantly blown away by this home. It is stunning. Then - when I saw that you are selling it for $245,000 I almost fainted!!! Where I live in Portland, OR, a home like this would be at least $900,000 to $1,000,000 and here, a home for $245,000 would be your basic 2 bedroom, 1 bath starter home. Amazing. I am one again reminded that West Coast home prices are ridiculous.
